Changes: You can find a fossilized stem of Cooksonia barrandei in the exhibition Windows to Prehistory. The fossil was found more than a hundred and fifty years ago by the French paleontologist Joachim Barrande. Until 2011, however, it escaped the attention of paleontologists in the depository because it was mistaken for an alga. It is, however, one of the oldest macroscopic fossils of vascular plants. It is approximately 432 million years old.

Changes: The Archbishop's carriage, made between 1770 and 1780, was to be confiscated and melted down as a war tax. In order to ensure that this work of art was not destroyed, Archbishop Florentin of Salm-Salm paid 50,000 guilders to save it. You can see it in the exhibition History.
